Villa Monsole
For groups of friends or large families, Monsole can accommodate up to nine people. Choose which door to pass: the one directly on the vast garden or that of the stone staircase that will lead you to a splendid terrace over the surrounding valley. As you enter you will find, on each floor, a kitchen open to the living room. To make it more welcoming, a handmade fireplace, made from ancient stones found on the spot. The farmhouse is furnished according to the essential characteristics of Tuscan living and with unique pieces found over a lifetime. The trunk of an old carriage will be your living room table. At the headboard of the bed, an old tapestry. In the kitchen, unique tiles of their kind arrived from far away. These walls are full of stories and anecdotes. Just ask and for every detail you will be told a story.
The five bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished: the ideal place to return after a long day outdoors. Before going to sleep, take a moment to look closely at the tapestry in the headboard or the antique furniture. Think that this piece of furniture, carefully restored, once belonged to my grandparents … I’ve been here longer than all of us! Reflecting on the day, lay back on the bed and enjoy the absolute silence. With this peace around, dreaming here is easier.
